A tuner once told me that if you do most of your driving on the street, run the stock plug to burn any extra fuel (to prevent fouling). The colder plugs are needed if you spend a lot of time in the upper rpm range.
To me, that makes sense if your car runs rich or slightly rich. If you are running lean, the colder spark plugs would make sence. Personally, I'm running F6DTC's ( I'm running a bit lean
