XM Radio to Launch Exclusive Andretti Green Racing Show

2007 Andretti Green Racing Team to Include
Danica Patrick, Marco Andretti, Bryan Herta, Tony Kanaan,
and Michael Andretti

XM Satellite Radio, the nation's leading satellite radio company with more than 7 million subscribers, announced today that the Andretti Green Racing (AGR) team will host "The Andretti Green Racing Hour," exclusively on XM Satellite Radio beginning February 2007. XM is the official satellite radio network of the Indy Racing League and broadcasts every IndyCar Series race live and nationwide.

"The Andretti Green Racing Hour" will be a one-hour weekly program
featuring drivers from the Andretti Green team, as well as Michael
Andretti, co-owner of Andretti Green Racing and open wheel racing legend.
The 2007 Andretti Green driver lineup will include, among others, Danica
Patrick, 2005 IndyCar Series Bombardier Rookie of the Year; Marco Andretti,
2006 IndyCar Series Bombardier Rookie of the Year; Bryan Herta, two time
IndyCar Series race winner; and Tony Kanaan, 2004 IndyCar Series champion.
The show will air on XM's sports talk channel XM Sports Nation.

"XM is the exclusive home to racing's biggest stars," said Eric Logan,
executive vice president, Programming, XM Satellite Radio. "'The Andretti
Green Racing Hour' will give fans the chance to hear from the superstars
about what it's like behind the wheel and beyond the track. It's insight
that only XM can provide."

"Racing fans across the country will now not only be able to get
behind-the- scenes access to races and rivalries, but 'The Andretti Green
Racing Hour' will provide the ultimate access into the lives and unique
personalities of each of the drivers."

In addition to "The Andretti Green Racing Hour," XM is home to
exclusive, weekly radio shows hosted by NASCAR superstars Dale Earnhardt,
Jr. and Jimmie Johnson. XM is the sports leader in satellite radio, with
more than 5,000 live sporting events in 2006. In addition to the Indy
Racing League, XM has Major League Baseball, National Hockey League, NBA
games on ESPN Radio, NASCAR, PGA TOUR, college football, college
