Probably not a lot, since it's a 2001....
Just the basics, if you're that young and broke - chip, exhaust, and perhaps a K&N drop-in filter. That'll set you back a little bit...

all that said...the only thing "tune-up" that you mentioned was the filter
Get a new airfilter, Check the condition on your plugs, oil change, rotate tires, check front brake pads, your car is a wee baby...come back when you reach 100K

and seeing as how it's a 2001, I'd look into new brake fluid...that stuff is not milage, but yearly based. It's recommended to bleed the entire system and refil every two years. That stuff absorbs water, which is heavier than the brake fluid itself, and will work it's way into the master cylinder http://****************.com/smile/emthdown.gif

IMO the best bang for your buck will be in suspension mods. You get used to the little power increase from minor engine mods but a suspension makes driving fun all the time. Chip/cat-back exhaust/k&n if you cna swing that too.
