He won't get into trouble. He'll (try to) make it all back with YT watches and if he succeeds then he'll try it with something else. It's like the person who bought a TRX and then jumped it over a creek. The problem with this approach is that if he does succeed he'll need to up his game for each stunt or else he'll lose views. At some point what he does will get boring and no one will watch.

I saw him do the G wagon, Top Gear style. I think it’s interesting to see how durable the 4x4s are, but I don’t really expect a Ferrari to do well here.

Does Ferrari actually care about such things? Will he get in trouble?
If he did what was implied yeah I think he would've gotten in trouble. As it were, this video could've been called "I got a Ferrari real dirty."

Am I the only one moderately impressed at him holding a drift in the rain on a muddy, loose gravel road? Not exactly an easy car to throw around.
Haha no I thought that too. MR's are really easy to spin once you get that kind of slip angle.

Would Ferrari consider blacklisting these kinds of customers/current crop of nouveau riche? There's gotta be a Saudi oil baron they'd rather sell their special models to than people who do this stuff publicly with their cars?

I didn't watch the video, but I'm assuming he bought it second hand at a premium and was not on any VIP list to buy it new at MSRP.
