Nice! You were running out of excuses on why that G Lader was not working.

Don't worry, I got a whole bunch of them with my dash. Most of them are related to my popularity and cars that are not working. Right now, I have an E4OD transmission I am building for my Ford truck. There is so much butchery going into that transmission. No time for a stinking dash installation.

Thought you couldn't spell Ford? Lol. Ty butcher. Appreciate the sass and love. :)

Also I wouldnt mind a 80s radio if I can find the rear mounting bracket. anywho..

I love that you are keeping the OG 2 spoke steering wheel. Stay classy Mobster. 👍

Still flashing but it might be a bad wire to the fusebox. Will have to dig out the multimeter. Looks nice though. The one that was in there is from 2003. So I bet the og builder swapped it in. It's not in awful shape just the sensor is bad.

New oil cap is a nice little touch as well. Bit of color pops on that head.

Pretty sure I am wrong about the relay. That's for early early 89 only ce2. That cluster is a 90 or 91.

It looks like the cluster fusebox harness was from a 89. As the coolant wire to the cluster is missing. That might have been replaced by a shop when I had the electrical fire. As it did alot of damage to wires when it happened.

So I just need to snag a 90-92 ce2 cluster harness and then the cluster will get a signal. I'd rather try to make it work before attempting to just disable the led.

Well... we hit 9lbs of boost today. Everything appears to be all good. Well I'll be dipped. It's so nice to have the g60 rocking again. It's the best for areas with lots of hills. Can just rocket up hills like people are standing still.

If I add a isv valve to jump the psi to 14.5 I'll buy the BBM chip so it removes the Digi lag. The 3 second delay before going into the closed table map.

8psi on a stock pulley?

9psi was all the stock ever could put out.
If you are 8, that's good.

Belt tension likely the culprit.

68mm pulley, no ISV reroute kit installed. The belt is likely loose, need to adjust the tensioner.

oh but only like 4300rpm-4500rpm at 3/4 throttle. Its still got more, ISV's bleed at 9psi right?

Who knows.... that old ISV could be plugged or non functional at this stage in its life.

8psi is low for a 68.
Gates k060682 was the belt we used to use if my memory serves me correctly.

Your tensioner..... when you take that 13mm(?) Bolt off you need some serious oompf to compress the spring... if its weak, that and belt length are where I'd chase.

The belt is loose then. I have an adjustable one, and its not very tight. I need to go adjust it.

Thinking about buying a new springed tensioner though.
