You want a walkthrough now? You're in over your head if that's the case. Good luck.

How to remove ANY engine:
Disconnect battery
Disconnect fuel supply
Disconnect and drain coolant system
Unbolt exhaust from manifold
Disconect all electrical/vaccum/intake connections
Unbolt drivetrain components
Support the engine with a jack or hoist for removal
Unbolt all engine/transmission mount
Remove engine

funny how many people here say that, but are here looking for help... Weird.
Which is why i don't go to the dealership for repairs... Small reputable shops are the way to go

No offence meant towards the OP, just makin a general comment.

Looks like you got it taken care of and you didn't really need any tips. I know your working at a Ford dealer but cars are cars. They all have the same stuff (fuel pumps, radiators, exhaust, ect) it may just look different or be in a different location but it's all still there for the most part. That's just a generalized statement but if you can process that it will make you a better mechanic overall.

no no you guys are right, i just figured knowing sort of what i was up against would help, i was really hoping for things to look out for and things to make sure i look at while its out, but i got that, with the new motor i put on a new single mass clutch, a new timing belt and water pump with a metal impellar, the new rad is in the front clip already, i have a new K04 turbo with software coming and i will flash the car, (i made some friends at school who work at a Beemer dealership and can get me a nice hookup) and i have some new suspension to go in might aswell get that in while she is uo there
