the question is who isnt running c2 software. it doesn't matter what turbo it will be fine with whatever one you put on there

Exactly... not many other options for FI software for MK3 or MK4 2.0s.
I know now I have to give up on pursuing a Unitronic DBC tune

Oh well, C2 is much cheaper anyway... who wants to buy a Stage 1 NA Uni AEG ECU in the spring?

Re: ABA T owners who are using C2 software (VWFREAK8V)

i ran EIP tuning and then went to C2 tuning. C2 was much easier on idle.....little bit up top, but tough to say as i went up with boost.
the 440CC c2 stuff is good.....obd1 only i believe.....but good to about 300whp, depending on how far you want to push your injectors.
EIP was decent but used a FMU, which is a terrible solution for bigger injectors
the current owner had the car above 10psi with a k26 borge warner turbo, stock CR

but fueling wasn't an issue even at that dynamic CR
go for it, you won't be upset.....i will be going with Jeff Atwood tuning on my AEB

for FI dont you want your gear at 0

Thats what i thought but my friend has a adjustable cam gear on his volvo. He set it to -5 I think and he said there was a notcieable increase in power...

Re: (the_q_jet)

Last i checked the adjustable camgear was to set your power range with the cams. it dosent retard or advance timing it just retards or advances the cam and valves. Its kinda like setting up your power range high or low before boost hits. thats what i thought, but i may be wrong.
