Mines doing it real bad under the glove box...annoying as hell

Ive noticed mine doing the same thing since its been so cold lately. Im hoping I dont have to replace this either. Im going to run it till it dies lol!!

 

i was trying to search this issue and i guess im not the only one with it... i play around with the fan speed and it goes away after a few tries... maybe wd40 might help for the time being???

 

It's the blower motor. I'm in like 10 degree weather right now, so my guess is the plastics are shrinking and now there's some interference with rubbing. I just turn my heat on #4 and it goes away after a few min. lol

 

mine makes that noise but not as loud and it only seems to come from the far passenger side vent and it only does it when the A/C is on 1 if i put it on 2, 3, or 4 it stops doing it

 

same with me... radio goes up when its on 1.

 

Mine makes the same noise. It goes away after the car warms up. I just deal with it until the motor dies. Im pretty sure you have to tear the whole dash apart to get to it.

You would be wrong. The blower unit slides vertically into slots on the housing and is held in by the resistor unit fastener. No dash removal required, of course.
