Hey all, my wife is a teacher and has a school trip going to the ROM, and then down to Ontario place. What would be the best/cheapest way for her to get a group of 20 from one place to the next?
TIA
Tom

but seriously, most likely the best way would be to try make it to a subway station (have to figure that part out, not familiar with that area (school bus not an option??)) and from there its a piece of cake, there is a stop right outside the ROM.

20 kids is a pretty small group...
you can try for a small school bus but i hear they charge same amount for small bus or big bus. Would cost maybe $100-150 for the day on a major bus line company like Stock.
btw Stock has the worse customer service ever. hated them all summer.

How are you getting from Tobermory to Toronto? Don't you get the bus for the whole day for a trip like that?
I don't think the TTC is a good idea for little kids.

I would say TTC might be best. I would imagine that a bus would cost a lot of money to run around all day.
Borrow a Eurovan and stack them to the roof

TTC shouldn't be too bad if she has some people helping her watch all the kids

Even if not, just use some kind of linking device to attach them all together... like handcuffs.. but for little people...

TTC all the way... or a bunch of cabs. When I was a kid I remember taking the TTC on numerous school outings. The kids would probably like taking a ride on the streetcar.

Re: (Mar)

Cabs are a bad idea, you have to split up the group then, and have at least 1 adult per 3 kids, unless you got vans i suppose. But still, then you split up the group, and run the risk of having 1 get stuck, or something go wrong.
I say TTC or eurovan
