The steering wheel elctrocnics used in a car without cruise control has a different part # that the one in a car with cruise control. You may have to replaced the steering wheel electronics in order to be able to change codings. No all control unit accept all codings. I will try to find you a code and send it to you so you can try.

The cruise control buttons on the wheel usually do not prevent one from coding, at least not in this particular case. The coding table for the steering column control can be found in VAG-COM and also in our WIKI.

A very common problem is that the installed steering column control module is simply not compatible, so the 1st thing you should do for now is to post a complete Auto-Scan from the car so we can see which options you do have installed and which you don't.

The icon display turned on speedometer when i clik on/off from switch. The problem is the cruise doesn't enable.
i try those coding but i didn't make to enabled.

Have you placed the wire from the steering wheel control module to the engine control unit?
