vr6 transmisson problem?

hey guys so the thing is im hearing this loud whining sound coming from my transmision. I had a new clutch put in less than a month ago and the machanics at bob lewis VW( <-- they really suck i woundnt buy or take my car to them ever!) said my transmision was fine..... but for the past couple of days when i started up the car i can hear the whining, it happens when i swtich gears.

If you only hear it when you shift, it might be the throwout bearing. Its a $15 part. Ask the shop if they changed that with the clutch...
Do you hear any noises when you're in gear coasting? Does it depend on which gear you're shifting into? How is your tranny fluid level? Probably a good idea to drain and re-fill when you get a new clutch...

well it is a new cluch and flywheel....they said they changed out the fluides... i just got back from my machanic and he says one of my wheel bearings is loose.....it seems to only happen night and only the frist 3 gears.....after 3 u can bearly hear it....
